AFMIC, Since 2002, MisrTech has been cooperating with the National Authority for Military Production to provide AFMIC by ADTRAN Access Solutions to provide Internet connectivity to subscribers. The solution was based on ADTRAN Total Access 3000 Multi-service Access Platform configured as an ATM DSLAM and ATM Aggregator. The different project’s phases covered the DSLAMs, ATM routers, IP Access Routers, Firewalls, VPN Gateways, as well as DSL Customer Premises Equipment (CPEs).
